Leasing Experience

Please complete the last 3 years of your work history. Your leasing experience is necessary to help determine your CLFP date upon passing the Exam. For those with less than 3 years’ industry experience, you will be considered a CLFP Associate until your third year in the industry, at which time you will be a full CLFP. One year of non-industry financial experience may be used as experience. If what you enter does not total 3 years, then you will be deemed an Associate.

Have you ever had a license to do business revoked, for cause, by a government entity, including licenses for real estate, insurance, securities, mortgage brokerage or the like?
Are you now the subject of any investigation by a governmental agency that could result in the revocation of a license to do business?

The Fine Print

If a candidate can no longer attend the Academy, written notice of cancellation for the class must be received by the CLFP Foundation no later than 30 days before the class start date, minus a $75 processing fee.

If needed, registrants may request one reschedule to a future class at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduled registrations must reschedule within 12 months of the originally scheduled class date. Requests to reschedule more than once are not permitted; additional changes will require a new registration.

Reschedule requests submitted within 30 days of the class start date are not eligible for a refund and will be reviewed based on availability.

Please note that the Exam fee is non-refundable but the test may be taken any time at a later date.
